86. Amendment of section 22K In section 22K of the Wealth-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of June, 1987, - (a) at the end of clause (ii), the word or shall be inserted; (b) after clause (ii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- (iii) the case of any such person is sent back to the Wealth-tax Officer by the Settlement Commission under section 22HA.
