Section 62 - Amendment of Act 5 of 1986 - Finance Act, 1994

Excise 62. Amendment of Act 5 of 1986. The Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the Central Excise Tariff Act). - (a) shall be amended in the manner specified in the Third Schedule; and (b) shall, with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, be also amended in the manner specified in the Fourth Schedule.
