9. Amendment of Section 35CCA In section 35CCA of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), with effect from the 1st day of April, 1996, - (a) in clause (c), for the word behalf, , the words behalf; or shall be substituted; (b) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- (d) to the National Urban Poverty Eradication Fund set up and notified by the Central Government in this behalf, .
