Amendment of section 112 In section 112 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1) with effect from the 1st day of April, 1997, - (a) in clause (b), in sub-clause (ii), for the words thirty per cent. , the words twenty per cent. , shall be substituted; (b) in clause (d), in sub-clause (ii), for the words thirty per cent. , the words twenty per cent. , shall be substituted.
