39. Amendment of section 80G In section 80G of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2002,- (a) in sub-section (1), in clause (i), after the words, brackets, figures and letters or sub-clause (iiihi) , the words, brackets, figures and letters or sub-clause (iiihj) shall be inserted ; (b) in sub-section (2), in clause (a), after sub-clause (iiihi), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely :- (iiihj) the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities constituted under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999); or .
