24. Amendment of section 80P. In sub-section (3) of section 80P of the Income-tax Act, (i) the words, figures and letter section 80H or shall be omitted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters deductions under section 80H, section 80HH, section 80J and section 80JJ , the words, figures and letters deductions under section 80HH, section 80J and section 80JJ shall be substituted.
