CHAPTER VI AMENDMENT TO THE COMPULSORY DEPOSIT SCHEME (INCOME-TAX PAYERS) ACT, 1974 81. Amendment of section 13. In section 13 of the Compulsory Deposit Scheme (Income-tax Payers) Act, 1974 (38 of 1974), in sub-section (1), for the words within four years of the date on which such order was passed , the words within four years from the end of the financial year in which such order was passed shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 1984.
