13. Amendment of section 280B. In section 280B of the Income-tax Act, in clause (1), (i) in sub-clause (b) (iv), the word and occurring at the end shall be omitted; (ii) in sub-clause (b) (v), the word and shall be inserted at the end; and (iii) after sub-clause (b) (v), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely: (vi) any annuity due, or commuted value of any annuity paid, under the provisions of section 280D. .
