35. Amendment of section 22B. In section 22B of the Wealth-tax Act,- (a) in sub-section (2), for the words and two other members , the words and as many Vice-Chairmen and other members as the Central Government thinks fit shall be substituted; (b) sub-section (2A) shall be omitted; (c) in sub-section (3),- (i) in the opening portion, after the word Chairman , the word , Vice-Chairmen shall be inserted; (ii) in the first proviso, after the word Chairman , the word Vice-Chairman shall be inserted; (iii) the second proviso shall be omitted.
