Section 141 - Amendment of Act 23 of 2004 - Finance Act, 2007

Amendment of Act 23 of 2004. 141. In the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2004, - (1) in section 93, in sub-section (1), for the words "excluding Education Cess", the words "excluding Education Cess, and Secondary and Higher Education Cess levied under section 136 of the Finance Act, 2007" shall be substituted; (2) in section 94, in sub-section (1), in clause (d), for the words "Education Cess", the words "Education Cess, and Secondary and Higher Education Cess levied under section 136 of the Finance Act, 2007" shall be substituted.
