2018 (10) TMI 905 - HC - Service TaxRectification of Mistake - Held that - In the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in main petition due to oversight, the dues of the petitioner were referred to as GST instead of service tax dues. The said error shall stand corrected - ROM Application allowed.
