Recovery of tax - Seeking for dispensation of notice to respondent No.3 - Held that - Taking into consideration this is an intra Court appeal and by impuged order appellants have been directed to refund a sum of Rs. 15, 82, 41, 007/- this Court is of the considered view that impugned order dated 07.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition 2018 (9) TMI 355 - KARNATAKA HIGH COURT deserves to be stayed till next date of hearing as otherwise prayer sought for in the appeal may become infructuous.
