Issues involved: Jurisdictional issues under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Summary:
The Supreme Court, comprising Hon'ble the Chief Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.B. Pardiwala, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Manoj Misra, heard the matter. The Court noted that proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution were pending before a Single Judge of the High Court of Delhi, with the petitions being argued on a day-to-day basis. It was observed that the jurisdictional issues raised in these proceedings could appropriately be addressed before the High Court. Consequently, the Special Leave Petitions were dismissed, and any pending application was disposed of.
