2024 (12) TMI 306 - SCH - CustomsFraudulent drawback claim - Misdeclaration of goods and serial numbers - it was held by High Court that 'The Appellant has been unable to show that any relevant piece of evidence has been overlooked or that the appreciation of the evidence by the Commissioner or the CESTAT is perverse.' - HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition after finding no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The pending application was also disposed of.
