2024 (12) TMI 1021 - SCH - Central Excise

The Supreme Court allowed the Interlocutory Application for updating the address of respondent no. 2 in SLP(C) No. 2902/2020. Another Interlocutory Application seeking deletion of respondent no. 2 from the array of parties was also allowed with no objection from the other side. The name of respondent no. 2 was ordered to be deleted at the risk of the petitioner. An amended memo of parties is to be filed accordingly. Another Interlocutory Application related to updating the address of respondent no. 2 was disposed of as it had become infructuous in SLP (C) No. 2903/2020.
