2025 (4) TMI 714 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court, presided by Hon'ble Justice B. V. Nagarathna and Hon'ble Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, addressed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the petitioner represented by Ms. Sakshi Kakkar and others. The Court noted that no notice had been issued to the respondent since the SLP was pending following a recall of an earlier order dated 09.07.2024. The Court disposed of the SLP, granting the petitioner "liberty to take steps/seek remedies in accordance with law." The order also allows the petitioner to approach the Court again if an adverse order is made against them, emphasizing that the merits of the SLP were not considered. Any pending applications related to this case were also disposed of.
