Amendment to IT Rules,1962. - Income Tax - 1924/1995

INSTRUCTION NO. 1924/1995 Dated : March 30, 1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 296 read with sub-section (3) of section 269UC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962, namely:- 1. (i) These rules may be called the Income-tax (Twelfth Amendment) Rules, 1994. (ii) They shall come into force from the 1st January, 1995. 2. In the Income-tax Rules, 162, in Appendix II, for Form No.37-I, the following form shall be substituted.
