Subject:- Modification of charges in the event of change in law So long as the terms or conditions or the extent of operation of any charge is modified for whatever reason, the provision of section 135 would become applicable. Therefore, even in case of modification of charges without any mutual agreement between the parties thereto, namely, as a result of a change in law, the provisions of section 135 become attracted.
