NO . 14/1/95-CL-V], DATED 18-7-1995, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS 1. I am directed to refer to the recent amendment in rule 6 of Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956 wherein it is stated that for purposes of section 132, the Registrar shall affix stamp on the relative forms and accompanying instruments with the word 'Registered' under his signature with date and a copy thereof be delivered to the company and the charge holder. 2. I am directed to state that in the meeting of the Regional Directors held on 14th June, 1995, the above matter was discussed and it was decided that the seal put by ROC on the form could be amended as under :- "Certified that the charge above is registered."
