In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures Vol.1 (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) 2009-2014:- 2. Though ITC HS Codes of the following items were renotified vide DGFT Notification No.94 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 02.03.2009, Department of Revenue Notification No. 23/2010- Central Excise (N.T.) dated 20.05.2010 and DGFT Notification No. 51/2004-2009 dated 08.07.2010, the relevant entries in Appendix 37A Appendix 37D were not accordingly modified. This is being done now in this Public Notice. 3.
