PUBLIC NOTICE NO 01-Cus/2007, Dated : March 16, 2007 In exercise of powers conferred under section 8(a) of the Customs Act 1962 ( 52 of 1962), I, Prashant Kumar, Commissioner of Customs, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, hereby approve the Inland Container Depot located at Central Warehousing Corporation's Complex, situated at Village Banthala and Loni [Khasra Nos.1, 2 (part), 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 (part), 22 (part), 23, 24 of Village Banthala, Khasra Nos.1551 (part), 1552(part), 1553(part), 1554 (part), 1567, 1568, 1569, 1570, 1571 (part), 1572, 1573(part), 1583(part), 1584(part), 1588 to 1598, 1599(part) 1600 (part), all of Village Loni, Pargana Loni] ; District Ghaziabad, [in short 'ICD Loni'] as a place for loading of export goods and unloading of imported goods, subject to strict observance of the relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, rules regulations made there under, other instructions issued by the Central Government and by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Ghaziabad from time to time. 2. In exercise of powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I hereby, further specify the limits of the Customs Area comprising 26.927 Acres which is bound as under:- (i) North side bound by 232.30 meters long and 8 feet high boundary wall having barbed wire fencing over it with 4.90 meters wide railway gate, adjoining land having Khasra Nos. 1555, 1566 and railway gate for container train entry / exit. (ii) South side bound by 61.20 meters long and 8 feet high boundary wall having barbed wire fencing over it with 4.90 meters wide railway gate for container train entry / exit. (iii) West side bound by the 1002.15 meters long and 8 feet high boundary wall having barbed wire fencing over it, adjoining the area Noli Railway station. (iv) East side bound by the 1214.10 meters long and 8 feet high boundary wall having barbed wire fencing over it with 12.80 meters wide main gate, adjoining land having Khasra Nos. : 2, 3, 10, 12, 13/2, 17/2, 22,of Banthala Village and Khasara nos. 1551, 1552, 1553, 1554, 1570, 1571, 1573, 1583, 1584, 1587, 1600, 1601 1602 of Village Loni.
