Due to Saturday Sunday holidays on 14th 15th May, 2005 and problem of long queues for return filing on 16.5.2005, the Trade Associations have requested to extent the last date for filing of the return for the IVth quarter of 2004-2005. Taking into consideration the genuine problem of the dealers and in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Rule 48 of Delhi Sales Tax Rules 1975, I hereby extend the last date for filing the return for IVth quarter from 16.5.2005 to 20.5.2005.
