In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 , the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendment in paragraph 2.12 of Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 2009-2014 : 2. Currently, the validity of Zero duty EPCG Authorisation is 9 months. This is being enhanced to 18 months. Accordingly, Serial No. (ii) of Para 2.12 of Handbook of Procedure Vol. I, 2009-2014 is amended as under: Sr. No. Type of Authorisation Validity Period (ii) Zero duty EPCG Authorisation 18 months 3.
