Last date of shipment/export of the quantities of coarse grain allowed for export vide the above Public Notices is extended upto 31.7.2001. PUBLIC NOTICE NO.14(RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated 29/05/2001. Attention is invited to the entry at Code No. 1001(b) in Table B of Schedule 2 and Sr. No. 12(ii) of Appendix -1 to Schedule 2 in the book titled " ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002 " (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998) and as amended from time to time specifying the terms and conditions for export of items indicated therein. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31st March, 2001) and as amended from time to time, the following amendment may be made in the Public Notice No. 48 ( RE-2000)/1997-2002 dated 15.12.2000 , Public Notice No. 61( RE-2000)/1997-2002 dated 13.3.2001, Public Notice No.64(RE-2000)/1997-2002 dated 16.3.2001 and Public Notice No. 9 ( RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated 27.4.2001.
