(2) In Sub Section VIII of Aayaat Niryaat Form, after entry at Sl.No.3 giving details of documents to be annexed for claiming benefits under the Scheme following shall be added: 4. Registration Certificate from KVIC/KVIB wherever the export product relates to Gram Udyog sector (In cases where the export unit is not registered with KVIC/KVIB but has sourced the product of export from KVIC/KVIB registered unit, a certificate to this effect issued by KVIC/KVIB unit along with registration certificate of such KVIC/KVIB registered unit shall be furnished).
