Amendments in the Handbook of Procedures ( Vol. I) PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 55/2006 Dated 13/09/2006 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Volume-I): 2. The following sentence is added at the end of first Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 2.21.2 of HBP (Volume-I) :- "In addition, the agencies authorized to issue Preferential Certificate of Origin as per Para 2.21.1 of Handbook of Procedures, (Volume-I) are also authorized to issue Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin." 3. In Appendix 4-C, in the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential), under Maharashtra, the Sl. No. 10 stands modified as follows: - MAHARASHTRA 10.
