Re-scheduled timings for the Counters TRADE NOTICE NO. 06/2003 Dated 13/11/2003 With a view to streamline functioning of the Counters, the timings for submission of applications /receipt of licenses at the Counters has been rescheduled as under: (A)For Fresh Applications: Same Day Application Regular Application 10.00 AM to 10.30 AM (Receipt) 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (Receipt) 4.30 PM to 5.30 PM (Delivery) 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM (Delivery) (B)For Post License Applications: 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM (Receipt) 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM (Delivery) The above timings will take effect from 24th November 2003 Sd/- (N.P.S.MONGA) ZONAL JOINT DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE
