Extension of period-Amnesty Scheme under the Income-tax Wealth-tax Acts Circular No.474 Dated 11/11/1986 I am directed to refer to Circular No. 472 dated 15-10-86-See page 17 supra, on the subject mentioned above and to say that the last sentence of the above Circular should be read as under: "The conditions laid down in the above circulars will apply in the case of returns of income and wealth for the assessment year 1986-87 and earlier assessment years."
