ESTATE, NEW DELHI No.F.III/7/CST/Misc./2000/Estt./Pt./9683-92 Dated: 8.09.2008 ORDER Consequent upon joining of Shri Sanjiv Pandey as Deputy Commissioner and proceeding on leave by Shri Shamim Akhtar, DC Zone-I, the allocation of work is ordered with immediate effect as per details given below : - 1. Shri Sanjiv Pandey, DC (i) Administration, appeals and revisions upto the pecuniary limit of Rs. 50,000/- under CST Act and erstwhile DST Act pertaining to Zone-VI relieving Shri T. Phillip from the charged of Zone-VI. (ii) Objection hearing of the pecuniary limit upto Rs. 50,000/- under DVAT Act 2004 against orders of assessment of tax and penalty in r/o Zones-VI to X. (iii) Recovery and Collection. 2. Shri T. Phillip DC Appeal and revision upto the pecuniary limit of Rs. 50,000/- under CST Act and erstwhile DST Act pertaining to Zone-I. 3. Shri K.D. Dogra Administration of Zone-I in addition to his existing charges. This issues with the prior approval of Commissioner, Trade Taxes. (B.P. Joshi) Addl.
