Modification of Order [F. No. 10/43/2005-CLB], Dated 29-1-2015 - Companies Law - F.NO.10/22/2015-CLB

ORDER DATED 20-3-2015 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 4(B) of section 10(E) of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) read with Regulation 4 of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 , the Board in partial modification of the order of even number dated 29.01.2015, makes the following amendments in the work distribution of the New Delhi Bench for the purpose of exercising and discharging the Board's powers and functions in the manner specified below:- (i) The expression Shri Dhan Raj, Member (Technical) mentioned at serial number 3 under the expression NEW DELHI BENCH in para (a) shall be deleted; (ii) The expression Shri Dhan Raj, Member (Technical) mentioned at serial number 3 under the expression NEW DELHI BENCH in sub-para (2) of para (c) shall be deleted This Order shall come into force with effect from 23.03.2015.
