Service tax assessee to furnish monthly export regarding deposit of tax - Service Tax - Trade Notice No. 42-CE/Service tax/Tech/Bol/98

It is brought to the notice of the trade that monthly revenue collection report in respect of each Service has to be sent to the Director General of Service Tax as per Ministry s direction. In view of the above every assessee of the Service Tax is required to intimate the amount of Service Tax deposited in the Government Account under major head `0014-ST on or before 15 th of the succeeding month to which the deposit of tax relates. This report should be filed to their respective Jurisdictional Service Tax Officer (either to the Divisional Service Tax Cell or to the Superintendent of the nominated ranges).
