TRADE NOTICE NO.03 DT.29.08.2005 Trade is hereby informed that applications under DFCE for Status holders Target Plus scheme as per Public Notice No.15 (RE-2005)/2004-09 16 (RE-2005/ 2004-09 must be accompanied by a declaration (in the following format) for considering the case in the Committee : We hereby declare and undertake that incase any document/statement submitted by us in found incorrect, at any time after the issue of certificate of entitlement and such document/ statement/ declaration or any mistakes leading to the issue of the entitlement certificate wrongly, we are fully responsible and we shall abide by the orders of the Zonal JDGFT, Chennai being the Competent Authority for issue of such certificates. We shall also without demur or protest comply with any order of the Issuing Authority containing certain directions setting out the grounds of such order so that any unintended benefits accrued to us will be made good to save Government revenue or loss. We also confirm that the shipping bills/ bank realisation certificate details are all genuine and all the facts mentioned therein are coorect. We are fully aware that we are eligible for the DFCE/ Target Plus Scheme as per policy and our status certificate such as Export House /Trading House with 1- 5 star classifications has been obtained by furnishing the correct details to the Licensing Authority who had issued the same and such status certificate is valid as of now and has not been kept in abeyance or cancelled or made ineligible and made inoperative. This declaration is submitted in addition to the other declarations as specified in Appendix 17-D of the Aayaat Niryat Form.
