Ahmedabad Airport declared as the Customs Airport - Customs - 36/94

Public Notice No. 36/94 Dated 08/11/1994 Attention of importers, exporters, Custom House Agents, general public and all other concerned is invited to the Notification No. 51/94-Cus. (N.T.), dated 20-10-1994 issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India by way of further amending the erstwhile Notification No. 75/75-Cus. (N.T.), dated 3-7-1975 on the subject. In pursuance of this amendment and in supersession of the earlier Public Notice No. 2/75, dated 6-8-1975 issued by the 1 [Commissionerate] of Customs and Central Excise, Ahmedabad, it is notified that the International Airport, Ahmedabad (which includes the Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad) is open for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods with due and proper observance of all rules and procedures and in keeping with the EXIM policy as announced from time to time. ---------------------------------------------------- 1 Designation changed wide s. 50 of the Finance Act, 1995 (22 of 1995)
