Public Notice No. 33/2004 Dated 02/04/2004 Loading of all types of Cargo (except container) from Shriram Jetty for export Bangladesh Attention of all Importers/Exporter/Clearing Agents etc. are hereby invited that in terms of P.N. No. 76/2003, dated 22-3-2003, Commissioner of Customs (Port) had notified the Shriram Industries Exports Ltd. 43/1, Garden Reach Road Kolkata as Custom Area for the purpose of unloading of Imported logs in the said jetty subject to strict Compliance of the provisions of Customs Act, 1962 and related acts. Now, pursuant to the request made by the said M/s. Shriram Industries Export Ltd. and concurred by K.O.P.T., I, A.K. Das, Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata in exercise of the power conferred upon me under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 do hereby permit for loading of all types of cargo (except container) from Shriram Jetty for Export to Bangladesh by Inland water barges through riverine routes, subject to strict compliance of this office P.N. No. 50/2003, dated 30-6-2003 and other related Acts.
