LETTER F.NO.SYSTEM/ITBA/RSA TOKEN/16-17/121 DATED 28-4-2016 As you are aware the Directorate of Systems is launching the ITBA project in multiple phases which would make most processes of the Department IT enabled. Moreover, HRMS module would enable all administrative process related to employees of the Department like Leave Management, Service Book, Pay Generation, APAR etc. 2. In view of the above, it is expected that all officers would have role in the ITBA system. For secured access to ITBA system, Taxnet connectivity and the RSA Token is required. As most processes of the Department would be covered under ITBA, all officers would require Taxnet connectivity and RSA Token for secured access. Accordingly, Node Policy has been revised recently with the approval of the competent authority. Further, in accordance with the revised Node Policy and the expected users of the Department, old RSA Token Policy has been revised and approved by the competent authority. The same has been enclosed herewith ( Annexure ) for kind information and necessary action at your end.
