Air India Sats Airport Services Pvt Ltd, custodianship of the Perishable handling Centre AISATS Cool Port. - Customs - 17/2016

OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS CITY COMMISSIONERATE CENTRAL REVENUE BUILDINGS P.B. NO. 5400, QUEENS ROAD, BENGALURU-1 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 17/2016 Date: 02.06.2016 M/S. Air India Sats Airport Services Private Limited, have been appointed under Section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962 as a Custodian of 'Air Cargo Complex' for the purpose of unloading of imported cargo and loading of export cargo brought at the said premises till they are either cleared for home consumption or exported or warehoused or transhipped in accordance with the provisions of the Act, vide Notification No.23/2008 dated 16.05.2008, subject to the conditions specified therein. The Custodianship has been renewed from time to time vide P.N. Nos. 19/2013 dated 10.05.2013 and 13/2016 dated 04.05.2016 and is valid upto 31.03.2021. M/S. Air India Sats Airport Services Private Limited., have applied for custodianship of the Perishable Handling Centre AISATS Cool Port developed by them for handling perishable cargo. 2. M/S. Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited are hereby granted the custodianship of the new premises developed by them as 'Airlndia SATS Cool Port' located adjacent to the existing Air Cargo Complex under their Custodianship as an additional premises subject to the conditions already specified in the Notification No. 23/2008 dated Cus (NT) dated 16.05.2008 and the provisions of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009. 3. The CCSP/Custodian shall not make any alteration of the plan in the accommodation, boundary wall, building, etc., without the concurrence of the Commissioner of Customs, Bengaluru. 4. Ex ort: 19385 s ft 5 Co-ordinates of the site 13012'02.4 N 770 41'47.9 E 6 Area bounded map: North: By Airside Service Road South: By Secondary access Road East: By AISATS air freight terminal West: By vacant site followed by Bluedart aviation warehouse The COOLPORT terminal is an annex to the existing facility which has been already notified vide Notification No. 20/2008 dated 16.05.2008. 5. The custodianship of the new premises shall be co-terminus with the custodianship of the premises granted under Notification No. 23/2008 Cus(NT) dated 16.05.2008, i.e. till 31.03.2021. (R.B.
