OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS CUSTOM HOUSE : COCHIN- 682009 F.No. S34/03/2016 DBK BRC (CUS) C1/03/2016 TU(Cus) Dated : 12/02/2016 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 1/2016 Attention of all exporters is hereby invited to the CBEC s instructions issued vide F.No. 609/59/2012DBK, dated 27.11.2015 and this Custom House Public Notice No.18/2015. In pursuance of the CBEC s instructions dated 27.11.2015, all exporters were advised to submit the certificates/negative statements issued by the competent authorities in respect of the drawback EDI shipping bills having LEO date from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 latest by 27.01.2016. List of IEC NO.-wise shipping bills numbers that remain un-reconciled due to non-receipt of the required documents is placed on the website www.cochincustoms.nic.in. A further window is given till 24.02.2016 to file the relevant documents to those exporters who have not complied with the earlier Public Notice.
