Dated: 21.06.2016 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 09/2016 Sub:-Permission to operate customs Bonded Trucks Facility from Visakhapatnam through Gateway Airports by M/S T.T. Aviation Handling Services Pvt. Ltd., Chennai- Reg. It is hereby brought to the notice of all transporters, CHAS and other stake holders that the Principal Commissioner of Customs has appointed M/S T.T. Aviation Handling Services Pvt. Ltd., 6, Cathedral Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 086 as Customs cargo Service Provider for the purpose of transshipment of export cargo by road through 'Bonded Trucking Operations' (BTO) from Air Cargo Complex {M/S AP Trade Promotion Corporation Ltd. (APTCP) the custodian}, Visakhapatnam, to other Customs notified Air Cargo Complexes (ACCs) located at Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai or in cases where such transshipment is desired by the Consignee/Airlines and approved by the Customs department. This facility is however restricted to export goods only. 2. In this regard, the procedures prescribed in the Customs Circular No. 57/98Cus dated 04/08/1998 and Circular No. 06/2007-Cus dated 27.01.2007 and amended from time to time shall be scrupulously followed. 3. Any difficulty arising in implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. 4. This issues with the approval of the Principal Commissioner of Customs.
