Attention of the field formations and Trade/Industries to Office Memorandum No. Coord/13-6/H/A/cs/Vol.VII/265 dated 28.3.2014, that the new levy on account of Clean Energy Cess deposited by the trade/industries may be accounted from under Sub Head/Minor Head of Accounts Receipt Awaiting Transfer to the Other Minor Head etc. under 0037-Customs and the amount kept under RAT could be transferred to the new Head of Accounts. Controller General of Accounts has approved operation of new Minor Head 122-Clean Energy Cess under the Major 0037-Customs Numeric Code, Serial Codes and SCCD Codes are given below:- Numeric Code Description SI.
