Attention of all exporters, importers, Customs House Agents and members of Trade and all other concerned is invited to the issue raised by trade representative regarding inordinate delay in delivery of import cargo due to malfunctioning of cargo handling equipments. 2. The matter has been examined and it has been decided that henceforth the delivery of the goods will be effected within one hour of the entry of the vehicle in the CFS subject to obtaining out of charge from customs. Similarly, delivery for de-stuffed LCL cargo will also commence within one hour of intimation, for delivery of the goods by the party. 3.
