Attention of all exporters, importers, Customs House Agents and members of Trade and all other concerned is invited to DGFTs Policy Circular No. 19/2009-14 dated 18.12.2009 whereby certain restriction in quantitative term has been placed for export of Edible Oils in branded consumer packs of upto 5 Kgs. 2. To monitor the said restriction and also for data quality purpose, it has been decided that henceforth, all exporters while exporting Edible Oil in branded consumer packs` shall indicate the details of packing such as size, quantity, brand etc. as part of description of goods so as to enable the EDI system to capture the required data. 3.
