Attention of Exporters/CHA/Custodians/Steamer Agents and all concerned is invited to the Public Notice No 12/2009 dated 26.11.2009, issued from F.No. VIII(Cus) 12/TA/PN/09 of this office, vide which computerized processing of free Shipping Bills on ICES (Ver 1.5) was operationalised at ICD Waluj (Port Code INWAL6). Now, the computerized processing ICES (Ver 1.5) is proposed to be extended to include Drawback (DBK) Shipping Bills as well as the Duty Exemption Scheme Shipping Bills (DEPB, EPCG etc.) from 3.12.2010. 2/- For the detailed procedure regarding filing and processing of above Shipping Bills trade may refer to Public Notice No 10/2009 dated 18.11.2009 notified for ICD Maliwada. In the Public Notice No 10/2009 dated 18.11.2009 wherever words ICD Maliwada appear may be read as ICD Waluj and the procedure contained there-in will be applicable mutatis mutandis for ICD Waluj also. 3/- The exporters desiring to file DBK Shipping Bills should fulfill additional requirement as mentioned in Para 3.5, Para 20 and Annexure E and Annexure F of the Public Notice 10/2009 dated 18.11.2009. In case payment of any duty/cess is required to be made, the authorized Bank for all exports made through ICD Waluj is State Bank of India, Waluj Branch.
