No. VIII/48/231/2009 Cus Tech Date: 10-08-2010 CORRIGENDUM/ADDENDUM TO TRADE FACILITY CIRCULAR NO.77/2009 DATED 16-12-2009 Sub: Customs Clearance at Air Cargo Complex, Bangalore-Procedure for filing and processing of export documents - Reg. The Trade representations for amendment to this office Trade Facility Circular No. 77/2009 dated 16-12-2009 in relation to certain information to be furnished by the Importer/Exporter vide Annexure 'C' of the said Circular, was under active consideration by this office for quite some time. After careful consideration and ascertaining the procedure followed in other Customs Houses, it is now decided to issue following amendments: 1. In Para 2(e), the words (also referred to as Annexure C) appearing after the words The Checklist in the first line, stands deleted; 2. In Para 2(f), the words Annexure C appearing in the second line shall be substituted by the word Checklist ; 3. In Para 2(h), in the first line, the word corrected appearing before the word copy stands deleted and the words the checklist appearing after the words copy of' shall be substituted by the words Annexure C ; 4. In Para 2(m), in the third line, the words 24 hours shall be substituted by the words 4 hours ; and 5. In Para 2(n), in the first line, for the word airlines , the word CHA shall be substituted. 2. All other contents in the Trade Facility Circular No. 77/2009 dated 16-12-2009 remain unchanged. (B. BHATTACHARY) COMMISSIONER
