Filing of extra copy of S/Bill marked MPEDA copy for export of Marine Products - Customs - 24/2001

S/6-1755/2001 ACC EXP Export Department Date :- 02.07.2001 Public Notice No. 24/2001 Sub: Filing of extra copy of S/Bill marked MPEDA copy for export of Marine Products. It is brought to the notice of all exporters, CHA and Exporter of marine Products (Fresh, Frozen or dried) that they will be required to submit an extra copy of shipping bill marked MPEDA copy Marine Products Export Development Authority . The Extra copy marked MPEDA will also have S.No. (Thoka) of S/Bill and the initials of the Appraiser/Examiner with date. This copy of the S/Bill will be pasted with invoice and shall be attested by the Appraiser/Examiner. Any short shipment should be endorsed on the S/Bill. A copy of short shipment/shutout notice should be endorsed to MPEDA by exporter/CHA. Along with other documents viz. Original GR Form and original S/Bill, MPEDA copy of S/Bill will also be retained in the export department for handing over to MPEDA official who will be visiting export department periodically to collect the same under receipt of acknowledgement.
