GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ORDER Jaipur, dated: July 01, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 read with proviso to section 3 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby assign the territorial jurisdiction under the said Act to the corresponding level of proper officers as notified by Government of Rajasthan vide notification no. F. 11(24)FD/Tax/2016-61 dated July 1st, 2017, as was assigned to different level of officers, under rule 3 and 4 of the RVAT Rules, 2006, as per notifications number F.3(A) (10)/Juris/Tax/CCT/2014/324 dated 30.06.2015 and F.3(A) (9)/Juris/Tax/CCT/2014/313 dated 30.06.2015, as amended from time to time, subject to the pecuniary limits prescribed therein for Special Circles.
