MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 20th December, 2005 S.O. 1785(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Number S.O 1105 (E) dated the 11th October. 2004, namely :- In the said Order, in the Schedule, in paragraph 4 relating to Name of the Mill and Location, in the entry against serial number 18, for the words Ram Paper Mills Ltd. , the words Rama Paper Mills Ltd., shall be substituted.
