Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2015 - Indian Laws - F. No. 4(7)/2014-Paper - S.O. 939(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 1st April, 2015 S.O. 939(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely:- 1. (1) This order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2015. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, in the Schedule, in item 4 relating to the name of the mill and location, after S. No. 120, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be added, namely:- 121. M/s. Sapphire Papers Mill (P) Ltd., Bidhan Nagar, Darjeeling, West Bengal . [F. Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1105(E), dated the 11th October, 2004 and lastly amended vide number S.O. 610(E), dated the 3rd March, 2014.
