IV जवाहरलाल नेहरू सीमाशुल्क भवन, न्हावा शेवा तालुका - उरण, जजला रायगड, महाराष्ट्र -400707 F.No.S/12-Gen-07/2018-19 AM(X) Date:10.05.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 77/2018 SUB: Implementation of the Track and Trace system for export of Pharmaceuticals and drug consignments reg. ******** Attention of the exporters, custom brokers and all concerned is invited to the Public Notice No. 05/2015-2020 dated 09.05.2018 issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) extending the date of implementation of Notice No.52/2015-2020 dated 05.01.2016 (issued by the DGFT) on the above subject (as amended). 2. As per the aforesaid Public Notice, the DGFT has amended Para 2.90A (vi) and (vii) of Handbook of Procedure 2015-20 by substituting as under: 2.90A vi. Export of drugs manufactured by SSI and non-SSI units and having manufacturing date on or before 15.11.2018 are exempted from maintenance of data in the Parent-Child relationship for three levels of packaging and its uploading on Central Portal (http://dava.gov.in). vii. All drugs manufactured by SSI or non SSI units and having manufacturing date after 15.11.2018 can be exported only if both tertiary and secondary packaging carry barcoding as applicable and the relevant data as prescribed by DGFT is uploaded on the Central Portal. 3. In view of the foregoing, earlier Public Notice No. 58/2018 dated 13.04.2018 stands modified to the extent as the same is contrary to Para 2 above. 4. Difficulty, if any may also be brought to the notice of Deputy / Assistant Commissioner in charge of Appraising Main (Export) through email / phones (email address: [email protected], Phone No : 022-27244959). 5. Action to be taken in terms of decisions taken in this Public Notice should be considered as standing order for the purpose of officers and staff.
