Kind attention is invited to Circular No. 25/25/2017-GST dated 21st December, 2017 issued under F.No. 275/22/2017-CX.8A (copy enclosed) by The Commissioner (GST), Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, GST Policy wing, New Delhi. 2. Vide above referred Circular the Board has issued instruction in respect of Form and Manner of Application to the Authority for Advance Ruling. 3. The contents of the aforesaid Circular may please be brought to the notice of all Trade/Industry/Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Industry/Members of RAC and all others concerned persons under the jurisdiction of CGST Commissionerate Jabalpur.
