No.2-2/2018-EXN-H-Vig.- Excise Taxation Department Himachal Pradesh Shimia-171009 the 11th Sept., 2018 Office Order In excise of powers conferred under Section 5 (1) of the HPGST Act, 2017, I Rajeev Sharma IAS, Commissioner State Taxes Excise, Himachal Pradesh, hereby withdraw the powers of Proper Officer {as defined under Section 2(91) of the HPGST Act, 2017} for discharging of duties conferred or imposed under the Act ibid with respect to M/s. Hitech Lights Limited, Village Manpura, Nalagarh, Revenue Distt. BBN at Baddi from Ms. Sarita Gaud, Asstt. CST E Nalagarh Circle -II and vest the same upon Dy. CST E , Revenue Distt.
